A casting plant comprises following parts located in manufacturing sequence: an area for preparation of half-molds, an area for pouring-in molds with liquid metal, an area for cooling molds and an area for unloading castings. It comprises a support, two conveyors, on which the half-molds are mirror fastened and are equipped with drive sprockets and tensioning sprockets, a drive of synchronous displacement of conveyers. Both conveyors are mounted in the same plane symmetrically relative to the axes, along which they move, and the axes, along which the conveyors move, are parallel to each other. One conveyor is mounted with possibility of clockwise movement and the second conveyor is mounted for counterclockwise movement. Besides, the axes, around which rotate the drive and tensioning sprockets, are perpendicular to the axes of movement of the conveyors. |
