METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF ADEQUACY OF PROGRAM HEMODIALYSIS IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC KIDNEY DISORDER OF V STAGE

Method for prediction of adequacy of program hemodialysis in patients with chronic kidney disease of V stage that includes determination of concentration of ceruloplasmin and transferin in blood serum, calculation of the ratio of those for patients with chronic kidney disease of V stage. Additionally before the beginning of the séance one calculates coefficient K – percent of excess for the ratio of concentration of ceruloplasmin and transferin in blood serum to its normal value, and if value K does not exceed 100 % one predicts that program hemodialysis is to be adequate, if it is registered within 100-190 % - partially adequate, and if it is higher than 190 % - inadequate.
