Method for evaluation of affections of lipid metabolism after operative intervention on maxillofacial area prescribes investigation of metabolic disorders in oral cavity. In saliva by method of gas-liquid chromatography one determines content of linoleic and arachidonic fat acids with calculation of ratio of those, with comparison to control, and at decrease of coefficient that characterizes affection of metabolism of lipids one determines degree of affections of lipid metabolism.
