A method for diagnosis of intrauterine fetal growth by indicators of functional state of peripheral blood neutrophil genome of in neonatal activity of the functional state of the genome of peripheral blood neutrophils of new-born children comprises the cytological examination of blood cells with detection of their nuclear structuresr. Additionally cytogenetic analysis is performed forblood neutrophils with determination of indices of morphologically altered nuclei and micronuclei, by reflection of which violations of immunogenetic status of the newborn children are determined as well as genetic instability and susceptibility to diseases.
