A method for treatment and rehabilitation of patients with tubal-peritoneal infertility, in which after the surgery in the abdominal cavity 50 ml of "Mezogel" is injected. From the 1st to the 9th day of the postoperative period Distreptase is prescribed to patients by the scheme: 1 suppository 3 times a day; from 4th to 6th day 1 suppository 2 times a day, and from 7th to 9th day 1 x 1 suppository once a day, from the 2-day of the postoperative period the patients are injected intramuscularly with the "Immunomax" immunomodulator day after day (2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th day of the postoperative period). In the course of six injections of 200 U, from the 2-day postoperative period, to the skin projection of the uterus the patient receives ultrasound power of 0.5 Wt/cmfor 15 minutes. Following the next menstrual period ultrasound is prescribed with the same mode as well as intrauterine electrophoresis Longidase number 5 by dermatoparamide method with amperage of 10-15 mA for 30 minutes over two days on the third 30 minutes after the exposure with ultrasound. |
