The invention proposes an electric resistance furnace for implementation of chemical technologies, in particular to complex substances synthesis. An electric resistance furnace has housing, a core in the form of cylindrical pipe, two spiral heaters fixed to the housing. The said heaters are made as metal alloy bands and located parallel to each other. A width of one heater uniformly decreases along length, width of another heater increases along length. This provides alternative heat power along length of every heater. Variation of powers allows obtaining required temperature gradient inside the furnace. |
