BUTT-JOINT METHOD FOR TUBE-CONCRETE COMPONENTS

Butt-joint method for tube-concrete components includes connection of metal shells of those to each other. The inner surface of metal shells is treated with jets of sand, and at the upper part of the lower shell one fixes with stopper screw a branch pipe to which one places the upper shell with its automated centering and vertical installation. The ends of the branch pipe are tightly welded to the shells with filling with slurry at continuous vibration.
