There is disclosed a method of hydrocarbon vapor saving at refuelling stations comprises filling a tank with hydrocarbons, intake of gas mixture with hydrocarbon vapors from the tank, cooling gas mixture and condensation of hydrocarbon vapors in a vapor condensing unit, intake of liquid phase of hydrocarbons and gas mixture with remains of hydrocarbon vapors from the vapor condensing unit, return of the liquid phase of hydrocarbons into the tank, displacement of gas mixture, filling with a safe gas inert mixture of a tank during its emptying. After intake of the liquid phase of hydrocarbons with a gaseous mixture and remains of hydrocarbon vapors from the vapor condensation unit liquid phase of hydrocarbons is separated in a stage system of hydrocarbon vapor saving comprising a separator and a spreader. After removal of gas mixture and remains of hydrocarbon vapors from the separator into the spreader the final remains of hydrocarbon vapors separated therein are returned into the vapor condensation unit, and the removal of gaseous mixture of hydrocarbon vapors and return of final remains of hydrocarbon vapors are carried out due to the pressure of gas mixture in a closed system of refuelling installation, then the liquid phase of hydrocarbons is returned from the stage system of hydrocarbon vapor saving directly into the tank of filling installation of hydrocarbons of low octane number, a gas mixture is pushed into the separator, the stage system of hydrocarbon vapor saving and vapor condensing unit are filled with the safe gas inert mixture as at filling the tank of installation with hydrocarbons, and when it is emptied. |
