一种稳固夹持进料之无屑垫圈(或螺帽)成型机,其包含有一机台,一设于该机台上且将线材输出之进料装置,一将该进料装置所成形的胚料予以承载之承载装置,以及分设于该机台上且相互对应之成型模与冲具;其中,该成型模上开设有一成型槽,其特征在于:该进料装置与成型模间设有一夹持装置,该夹持装置具有两可分离之夹持器,且该等夹持器夹持后内部形成有一供该线材容置之容置空间,故当该冲具冲压该成型模时,该等夹持器恰可将该线材予以稳固夹持。
