Liquid flows through an inner tubular member 1 and passages 3 to a chamber 12 between the member 1 and an outer tubular part 9. An extension 4 of the member 1 has a head 5 with a flat annular surface 7 which co-operates with the inner surface of a flange 11 and the liquid flows as a convergent annular stream between the annular surface and flange, and is emitted from an outlet 15. The outer part is adjustably screwed to the inner member, and a valve 10 controls the liquid supply. |
