METHOD OF DISPERSING NANO- AND MICROPARTICLES, FIXATION THEREOF ON POLYMER SURFACE AND DEVICE FOR REALISING SAID METHOD

FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of dispersing nano- and microparticles, mixture thereof with polymer particles and fixation onto the surface of polymer particles in order to enter the nano- or microparticles into a polymer matrix which is used to make articles from modified polymer materials, and can be used in devices for serial production of said articles. Said method is realised by mixing separate nano- or microparticles in a gas medium, where conglomerates of nano- or microparticles are entered into a gas stream. The obtained mixture is ionised and the conglomerates of nano- or microparticles are charged and then dispersed into separate charged nano- or microparticles. Simultaneously, polymer particles are entered into another gas stream. The obtained mixture is also ionised and polymer particles have a charge which is opposite that of the nano- or microparticles. The separate two-phase gas streams are then merged and the nano- or microparticles are deposited on polymer particles owing to electrostatic interaction between the oppositely charged nano- or microparticles and polymer particles. The nano- or microparticles are fixed on the polymer material owing to the effect of the electromagnetic field on the polymer particles together with particles deposited on their surface. Articles are produced from the modified polymer materials using a standard technique using an extrusion machine and then moulding the articles. ^ EFFECT: possibility of obtaining the best conditions for charging and dispersing nano- or microparticles, conditions for charging polymer particles, as well as high efficiency of the process of fixing nano- or microparticlees on the surface of polymer particles. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg
