摘要 FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and catering, in particular, to manufacture of semi-products for confectionary products. The semi-product includes sugar sand, egg albumen and a filler. The semi-product peculiarity is as follows: the filler is represented by milled puffed grain products. The components are used at the following weight ratio %: sugar sand - 55.0-65.0, egg albumen - 27.0-33.0, milled puffed grain products - 4.0-12.0.
