FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to laser diagnostics, and is intended for diagnosing phases of inflammatory process in knee and ankle joints in patients with hemophilia. Two laser sensors are in turn installed into area of ankle joints on the front on medial horizontal line of patella 1 cm more lateral and more medial than its edges. After that, said laser sensors are installed in area of popliteal space 3 cm more lateral and more media; from medial vertical line. Then, two laser sensors are installed in area of ankle joints 1 cm behind from lateral and medial condyles. After each installation of two laser sensors, from all points of their installation during 15 minutes performed is recoding of laser-Doppler fluorograms, each of which is used to determine indices of perfusion M, which are later compared with corresponding values of perfusion M in healthy males in analogous points. If value of perfusion M index in one and more said points exceeds corresponding values of M indices in healthy males, hemarthrosis in phase of exacerbation is diagnosed. If value of perfusion M index in patient with hemophilia is within normal or reduced values of perfusion M index in healthy male, hemarthrosis in phase of remission is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of diagnosing phases of inflammatory process is knee and ankle joints in patients with hemophilia and accelerate process of diagnostics. ^ 2 ex, 2 tbl |
