FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive processing to be used in producing bush modules for grinding brushes to grind in fact flat surfaces. Brush module comprises elongated casing with two opposed side edges and multiple bristles extending beyond said casing. Lengthwise grooves are made on every said side edge with undercut for abrasive papers that, also, extend from the casing aligned with said bristles. Paper abrasive sides face each other to face flat element irrespective of abrasive paper rotation of direction. Abrasive papers in different grooves feature different abrasive properties. Brush modules are arranged on abrasive plate. Flat elements are located on conveyor. Grinding is performed in changing direction of grinding brush rotation and displacing conveyor. ^ EFFECT: reduced idle time. ^ 9 cl, 4 dwg |
