FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises revolving face needle hob including body with bundles of wire frieze secured thereon. Note here that said bundles radially reciprocate. Blunt holes are bored in body face at acute angle making 0<<45 to lengthwise axis. Note here that rods are fitted in said bores to slide therein. Note also that needle holders are fitted on rod outer spherical faces to act on processed surface by bundles of wire frieze clamped in needle holders as well as packages of plate springs acting on rod inner faces to create operating pressure. Besides, said body may reciprocate and oscillate relative to lengthwise axis to allow needle holders to oscillate and reciprocate radially.
