FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics. Compression of uterus body by means of threads is performed. In early postpartum period in direction from region of bottom to uterus neck at equal distances from each other successively applied are 3 rows of circular sutures, which contain two threads from absorbable material not less than 50 cm long and with size 2 (USP), which are passed by means of needle through mesenteries of fallopian tubes and broad ligaments of uterus in vessel-free zones without making puncture into uterus tissue, after that by turns one of threads in each suture is tied up with tissue compression, and after 5 minutes exposure, second threads in each suture are also tied up with additional compression. ^ EFFECT: method contributes to increase of obstetric care quality in early postpartum period. ^ 3 ex |
