FIELD: textile, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of computer detection of density parameters in stitching - number of stitches per area unit of terry textile articles, which consists in making a sample and counting number of stitches along the vertical line - length and the horizontal line - width, differing by the fact that the sample scanning is made, its digital image is produced, on this digital image an investigated area is identified in the form of a square, a side of which is comparable to the width of a stitching row and the width of a needle wale, a point is set on the main diagonal of the image, and the identified area is serially moved in vertical and horizontal directions, two arrays are generated with values of image brightness input signal function for each pixel, the autocorrelation function of these arrays is found, as the first local maximum of the autocorrelation function is achieved, number of pixels is calculated in the selected direction, which correspond in brightness to number of stitches, number of stitches is calculated, using the produced data of stitches number along the vertical line - length and the horizontal line - width, the stitching density is identified - number of stitches per area unit using available dependence. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of terry textile articles stitching density parameters by automation of vertical and horizontal stitches number counting. ^ 1 cl, 1 tbl, 3 dwg |
