METHOD OF PREVENTING SUTURE FAILURE AFTER RE-SEWING OF DUODENUM WOUNDS IN CONDITIONS OF DIFFUSE PURULENT PERITONITIS

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for prevention of suture failure after re-sewing of duodenum wounds under conditions of diffuse purulent peritonitis and retroperitoneal phlegmon. Sanitation of abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space is carried out. Duodenum wounds are sutured. Maydl jejunostomy or enterostomy is performed. Nasoduodenal probe is passed to the place of sutured duodenum wounds. Second probe is passed through formed jujunostoma into duodenum lumen and laid near nasoduodenal probe. Third probe for enteral feeding is introduced through jejunostoma or enterostoma. Early probe feeding under conditions of diffuse purulent peritonitis is administered. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of duodenum suture failure. ^ 1 ex, 2 dwg
