Proposed device comprises fresh air inlet, body to feed heated air and mixed air outlet to force mix of fresh and heated air out. Body to feed heated air comprises first and second parts creating resistance to fresh air flow. Said second part is made up of hollow closed body with multiple heated air feed orifices communicated with said first part at its end, downstream of heated air flow.
