Nitride of titanium and zirconium is applied as a lower layer at pressure of nitrogen in a chamber of the installation 7.510-4 Pa and temperature 600C. The same nitride alloyed with aluminium is applied as an intermediate layer at pressure of nitrogen in a chamber of the installation 7.510-4 Pa and temperature 550C.
