Sensor contains ultrasound source, reflecting element, located opposite ultrasound source. Ultrasound source is made focused, reflecting element represents reflecting element with function of focused ultrasound, made in such a way that ultrasound waves of ultrasound source are repeatedly reflected between ultrasound source and reflecting element, creating resonance in resonance cavity, formed by ultrasound source and reflecting element.
