The present invention discloses a system, method and device for capturing the scene in the coverage region of an antenna, and belongs to the communication field. The system includes an antenna, an image capture device and a terminal equipment; said image capture device is fixed on said antenna; wherein, said image capture device includes a camera, a control module and a transmission module, said control module connects to said camera and said transmission module respectively. The method includes controlling the camera to pick up the scene image in the coverage region of the antenna sectors, wherein said camera is on said antenna, and the imaging region covered by said camera contains the region covered by said antenna sectors; transmitting the scene image data picked up by said camera to the terminal equipment. Thereby the network optimization personnel can obtain the scene in the coverage region of the antenna without arrival at site.
