The present invention provides an antenna azimuth detection device and a method and device for antenna reversal detection. The antenna azimuth detection device set on an antenna includes: a first interface module, used for receiving an angle detection indication transmitted by the antenna reversal detection device; and an azimuth sensor, used for detecting angle information of an antenna-platform according to the angle detection indication. The sensitive axis of the azimuth sensor is parallel to the direction of the antenna-platform, and the first interface module is also used for transmitting to the antenna reversal detection device the angle information of the antenna-platform, which is detected by the azimuth sensor. The antenna reversal detection device includes: a second interface module, used for transmitting the angle detection indication to the antenna azimuth detection device, and also used for receiving the angle information of the antenna-platform transmitted by the antenna azimuth detection device; and an antenna reversal judgment module, used for judging whether the sector to which the antenna connects is correct according to the angle information of the antenna-platform. The present invention can detect whether the antenna connects to correct sectors before power-up for a system.
