The radiator has a block of capacitors and resistors forming a voltage divider or current divider. Additional capacitors are provided to redirect electric current in a direction of input voltage. A sensor of a thermostat closes normally opened contacts, when a temperature of a room, in which the radiator is installed, is lower than a setpoint temperature of the thermostat. The sensor opens the normally opened contacts, when the temperature of the room is equal to the setpoint temperature of the thermostat.
