A urinary incontinence device (1100) comprising: a support having a first end (104) and a second end (102); a hanger (1102) attached to the first end, the hanger comprising a segment that is curved and so configured to hang over a surface of a pubic bone; an interconnecting member (110) attached to the second end; and an anchor (120) movably engaged with the interconnecting member, the anchor implantable into tissue of an obturator foramen of a patient; wherein the interconnecting member is movable relative to the implanted anchor to adjust an elevation of the support relative to a urethra of the patient.
