Disclosed is a remittance device for performing foreign country remittance rapidly and smoothly. In the disclosed remittance device, a remittance registration file is stored in which are collected a plurality of remittance registration records which have associated beforehand a remitter of funds, contact information of the remitter, a recipient of the funds, and a credit card number of the recipient. Remittance information associating remittance registration record identification information for identifying one remittance registration record included in the remittance registration file with a remittance amount is received from a customer terminal which is used by a customer, and the remittance registration record corresponding to the remittance registration record identification information is searched for from the remittance registration file. Withdrawal permission request information is created which associates the credit card number included in the retrieved remittance registration record with the remittance amount included in the remittance information, and the withdrawal permission request information is transmitted to the fund withdrawal device which is used when the recipient withdraws the remittance amount.
