<p>A PND (10), provided with a touch panel (18), has installed thereon a switch (31) that is switched on when an operator thereof holds the PND (10) with one hand, and the PND (10) is configured so that a touch-detection threshold value, which detects whether the operator has touched the touch panel (18) on not, is switched between different values depending on whether the switch (31) is ON or OFF. Thus, detection precision in touching operation can be improved with a simple configuration.</p> |
