The invention relates to a method and a device for transporting a substance containing a hydrocarbon, in particular bitumen or extra-heavy oil, from a reservoir (100), the reservoir (100) being supplied with thermal energy in order to reduce the viscosity of the substance. At least two conductor loops (1, 2,..., 8) for inductive energization are provided as electric/electromagnetic heating elements. Each of the at least two conductor loops (1, 2,..., 8) comprises at least two extended conductors (1, 2,..., 8), at least some sections of which are guided horizontally in parallel inside the reservoir (100). In addition, at least two alternating current generators (60; 60', 60'', 60''', 60'''') for electric power are provided, each being connected to a respective conductor loop (1, 2,..., 8). A first of the at least two alternating current generators (60; 60', 60'', 60''', 60'''') and at least one second of the at least two alternating current generators (60; 60', 60'', 60''', 60'''') are operated synchronously and with a fixed phase position in relation to one another. |
