The post has immobilization units e.g. bearing slides (6), immobilizing a cam (4) in an unlocking position of the cam when a removable post body (1) is extracted from a sealing foot (5) such that a key (7) is integrated to the body. An upper face of the foot has an opening (210) in contact with complementary locking units i.e. plates (21). The cam of locking/unlocking units has a part in shape of a hook adapted to connect with the complementary locking units. The cam is moved in rotation between locking and unlocking positions by actuation of the key engaged in the body.
