Disclosed are a solar photovoltaic device and a production method for the same. The solar photovoltaic device comprises: a substrate; a rear-surface electrode layer disposed on the substrate; a light-absorbing layer disposed on the rear-surface electrode layer; a front-surface electrode layer disposed on the light-absorbing layer; and connecting wiring which extends from the front-surface electrode layer, passes through the light-absorbing layer, and is connected to the rear-surface electrode layer, and the connecting wiring makes direct contact with the inside of a recess formed in the rear-surface electrode layer.
