The present invention relates to an apparatus for imaging anomalous ultrasound propagation. The apparatus for imaging anomalous ultrasound propagation according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a laser irradiation unit for irradiating a pulse laser beam onto an object to be examined; a beam expander for adjusting the focus of the pulse laser beam; a 2-axis laser mirror scanner for allowing the pulse laser beam to be irradiated along the scanning path of the object; a sensor for detecting an ultrasound that is generated in the object onto which the pulse laser beam is irradiated; an imaging controller for generating a 3D ultrasound structure by removing a normal ultrasound from the ultrasound detected by the sensor, and then splitting the time axis of the 3D ultrasound structure to generate an anomalous ultrasound propagation image; and an output unit for outputting the anomalous ultrasound propagation image. Accordingly, it is possible to perform quantization and measurement of the size of an injury in a complicated structure that is hard to analyze through a plain ultrasound image. |
