The clutch has a flying disk (1) in which a disk (7) is axially moved, where the disk presses a receiving disk (4). Shouldered stems (10) are fixed on the disk parallel to axles (23) that carries two rings (12, 13) gripping a periphery of a diaphragm spring (20) with an inner side inserted in a groove of a sliding ring (21). The ring is meshed internally with rocker arms (22) compelled to turn around the axles integrated to the flying disk and meshed internally with a toric cam (28).
