<p>The method involves determining a received noise level (E208) according to a perception model, where the received noise level corresponds to noise level induced by the emission of a sound signal of a preset amplitude in an environment. The threshold to be applied to a component of the sound signal is determined (E220) based on the received noise level and the preset amplitude, and the received noise generated by the sound signal is maintained below a certain level.
