Disclosed is a light-bulb type LED lamp (10), which comprises a plurality of LEDs (67-78), a base (12), and a switch-on circuit unit (14) that converts commercial electric power supplied via the base (12) into power for making the LEDs (67-78) emit light, is also provided with a heat radiation member (16) that has a bowl-shaped section (42). First and second stages (46, 48), which are formed in protrusion at the inner side of an inner circumference face (44) of the bowl-shaped section (42), are formed towards the direction of the axis (X) of the bowl-shaped section (42), and the LEDs (67-78) are formed along lines in the inner circumference direction of the first and second stages (46, 48), which have the axis (X) as the center thereof.
