The present invention relates to lighting, and more specifically, relates to a management system for effectively lighting a sculpture which has a top portion fixed to a cable and which have suspension wires, cables or the like incorporated therein. The present invention improves the visual image for more effective landscaping, and comprises: a top portion (12) having an aperture (111) through which main cable (13) passes through; a frame (110) having a step ladder-like structure formed by a plurality of lamp cables (112) which are disposed around aperture (111) and form a plurality of respectively, alternating lamp cables (112) and depressions around the sides of aperture (111); a lamp (120) having a light emitting source (121) to which lamp cables (112) are affixed; a housing (130) which covers frame (110); a bracket (140) affixed to the top portion (12), which is adapted to rotate housing (130) around the central axis of rotation shaft (141); and a flickering device (150) attached to housing (130) for controlling the flicker of lamp (120).
