<p>The system has a pipe closed at an outer side of a water inlet opening and a water outlet opening. Water is supplied to the pipe to a level that is higher than the level at which the water leaves the pipe. The water level in the pipe is higher at a point of a path along which the water is transported. Height of water-containing portions of the pipe is higher than a lowest point of the water inlet opening, such that the water flows from an initial point to an end point. The pipe is connected to an impounding reservoir that collects the water.</p>
