<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge mechanism capable of eliminating assembling work employing tools for screwing work or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The mechanism includes a plurality of shaft parts 13 which project in the same direction along a rocking center axial line L1, and a regulating stopper 17 integrated with a hinge frame 9 and regulates the separation of a bearing part 15 from the shaft part 13 by bringing the other end side into contact with a regulated part 15B provided to a cover 7. The regulating stopper 17 is made elastically flexible until the other end side is formed into a state displaced from a position contactable with the regulated part 15B when an assembling force in a direction crossing with a projecting direction is received on the other end side. Thereby, the shaft part 13 and bearing part 15 can be assembled through the bending deformation of the regulating stopper 17 by forcing the assembling force F1 to act on a regulating part 17A side of the regulating stopper 17 formed into a cantilever-like form when assembling a cover 7 on the hinge frame 9, eliminating the need for carrying out assembling work employing tools for screwing work or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
