<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pointing stick which is hardly affected by external force generated due to the irrational operation of a keyboard in the surrounding of a pointing stick, and which is mountable on a base plate in such a state that it is made thin. <P>SOLUTION: This pointing stick 1 is configured to be mounted on a notched portion which is a part of a base plate 500 for mounting the keys of a keyboard 501 and is formed in association with the mounting position of the pointing stick 1, the pointing stick 1 includes: first and second plate-shaped support members 110 and 120 for mounting the pointing stick on the base plate; and a fixation part 131 configured to be fixed while having its mutual dimensional relation with the first and second support members, wherein the base plate is interposed by an interposition part 132 formed by fixing the first support member and the second support member via the fixation part, so that the pointing stick can be fixed to the base plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
