<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device in which a transmissive region becomes transparent through improvement in transmissivity, and simultaneously, light extraction efficiency is improved when both surfaces emit light. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device includes: a substrate; a plurality of thin film transistors formed on a first face of the substrate; a passivation film to cover the plurality of thin film transistors; a plurality of first pixel electrodes equipped with a reflecting film which is formed on the passivation film in order to be electrically coupled with respective thin film transistors, superimposed on the respective thin film transistors in order to cover the respective thin film transistors, and equipped with a light-reflecting conductive material; a second pixel electrode formed by a light-transmissive conductive material on the passivation film so as to be electrically coupled with the first pixel electrode; a counter-electrode formed to transmit and reflect light opposing to the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode; and an organic film equipped with a light-emitting layer interposed between the first pixel electrode, the second pixel electrode, and the counter-electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
