METHOD OF MANUFACTURING EASY DELAMINATION SHEET AND DELAMINATION SHEET OBTAINED BY THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an easy delamination sheet by which the cutting process of a molded sheet and the machining process of the sheet are made needless to reduce time, labor and cost, the yield of a raw material is improved, a recessed part is provided in the surface layer of the resin sheet, the front and rear surfaces of the sheet having the recessed part on the front surface are used and the sheet is recyclable.

SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the easy delamination sheet comprises: (a) a step of obtaining a sheet-like molding by co-extruding PET in which an elastomer composition is dispersed and a polyolefine to laminate a layer comprising the PET on the front and rear surface of the polyolefine layer; (b) a step of cooling the sheet-like molding and dispersing the elastomer composition so as to be sparse in the surface part of the sheet and dense in the center part of the sheet; (c) a step of permeating carbon dioxide into the sheet; and (d) a step of expanding the sheet to densely form fine void.
