PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition that is excellent in adhesive power and durability under predetermined environment while effectively suppressing generation of static electricity, and an adhesive sheet using such an adhesive composition. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition includes a (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer as a component (A), an antistatic agent as a component (B), and a crosslinking agent as a component (C), and an adhesive sheet uses the adhesive composition. The antistatic agent as the component (B) is potassium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide etc. The content of the antistatic agent as the component (B) has a value in the range of 0.05-15 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer as the component (A), and blending ratios of a hydroxyl group-containing vinyl monomer and a carboxyl group-containing vinyl monomer based on the total amount of the monomer components when the (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer as the component (A) is polymerized have values in predetermined ranges, respectively.
