PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the permeability of a permeable membrane in a vehicular air conditioner provided with the permeable membrane for permeating a specific kind of gas. SOLUTION: The vehicular air conditioner includes a casing 11 having an outside air introduction port 32 and an inside air introduction port 31 formed thereon, an inside air/outside air switching door 33, the permeable membrane 33a which is disposed on the boundary between the outside air and the inside air at the inside air/outside air switching door 33 and permeates the specific kind of gas between the outside air and the inside air, an outside air flow path 36 wherein the outside air flows between the outside air introduction port 32 and the inside air/outside air switching door 33, and an outside air blower 37 which is disposed in the outside air flow path 36 and blows the outside air to the outside air flow path 36. The air conditioner is configured in such a manner that the outside air flowing in from the outside air introduction port 32 to the first outside air flow path 36a flows to the direction approaching the inside air/outside air switching door 33 when blowing by an outside air blower 37, and the outside air passing through the first outside air flow path 36a to the second outside air flow path 36b flows to the direction getting away from the inside air/outside air switching door 33, and the permeable membrane 33a is formed into the pleated shape.
