PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding device in which the leakage of grinding fluid from a connection part between a wheel mount and a grinding wheel rotated at high speed when grinding is prevented, and also corrosion in the connection part is avoided. SOLUTION: The grinding device is provided with a grinding means including a rotation spindle 32, the wheel mount 34, and a grinding wheel 36 comprising a base 40 and a grinding stone 42 and attached to a lower surface 34b of the wheel mount 34. A top surface mounted surface with which a top surface 44a of the base 40 of the grinding wheel 36 is brought into contact, and an inner peripheral surface mounted surface to which an inner peripheral surface 44c of the base 40 is fitted are formed on a lower surface outer peripheral part of the wheel mount 34. A grinding fluid supply passage 58 supplying grinding fluid to the grinding stone 42 is formed on the wheel mount 34, and an annular grinding fluid guide passage regulation member 50 for regulating a grinding fluid guide passage 48 guiding the grinding fluid flowing out from the grinding fluid supply passage 58 to the grinding stone 42 is arranged in a place at a lower surface 34b of the wheel mount 34 and the inner peripheral side of the inner surface mounted surface.
