PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems of a conventional remote communication management system:in preparing predetermined information on the basis of log information managed in a predetermined format, an interface corresponding to the format is required; or in providing log information in a format to be interpreted by an interface on the receiving side, there is a need to convert the log information managed in the specific format into the format to be interpreted by the interface on the receiving side. SOLUTION: A remote communication terminal acquires a format to be interpreted by an information preparation system and prepares log information in the format. A remote communication management system manages the log information transmitted from the remote communication terminal. The managed log information is prepared in the format to be interpreted by the information preparation system, so that the remote communication management system can provide the information preparation system with the log information without changing the format.
