PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in a saddle riding type vehicle including a swing arm with a welded laterally divided cast product whose one side is a straight shaped arm and the other side is bent in a dog leg shape, a technique of easily ensuring stiffness balance of the swing arm when a cushion unit is attached to the saddle riding type vehicle at a position offset to one side in a vehicle width direction on an upper surface of the swing arm. SOLUTION: In a swing arm structure of the saddle riding type vehicle, a cross member 111 is laid between a dog leg shaped arm 97 and a linear arm 99. In the linear arm 99 and the dog leg shaped arm 97, open ends 157 and 158 of these arms 97 and 99 that open inward in the vehicle width direction are offset to the side of the dog leg shaped arm 97 than a centerline C in the vehicle width direction, and are connected to each other at the offset location.
