PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rehabilitation support system and a rehabilitation support program for supporting rehabilitation. SOLUTION: The rehabilitation support system includes: an input part 13a to which self-evaluation and supervisor's evaluation are input; a schedule master and a rehabilitation master necessary for calculation of the schedule; a storage part 12a in which the respective masters, etc. are stored; a control part 12b for determining the current stage of a person and the current parameters of various competence of the person based on the self-evaluation, the supervisor's evaluation, the schedule master, the rehabilitation master and personal data, and generating the rehabilitation schedule; and an output part 13b as the destination of the output of the generated schedule.
