PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that though it is necessary to register terminal equipment (user name, password or the like) in a server device in advance in sharing a file between the terminal equipment and the server device, it is bothering to manually input the registration. SOLUTION: The shared folder information of a server device is obtained by the imaging means of terminal equipment by a user, and a server setting file including this information is generated by the terminal equipment, and the server setting file is transmitted to the server device, and the server setting file is executed by the server device so that a shared folder to which the terminal equipment is permitted to perform access can be created.
