PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small bag throw-in device capable of any foreign matters from being mixed in a product by separating a conveyor from a throw-in destination, having less dead space, and capable of obtaining a consistent cut line in which the cut position of a continuously-packaging pouch is consistent and any inclination is present. SOLUTION: In a conveying line 20 of the small bag throw-in device, a continuously packaged pouch 10 conveyed by a first conveyor 26 is divided into individual small bags 12 by cutting a side seal part 10a thereof when the conveyance is temporarily stopped by a cutter part 28 capable of holding the continuously packaged pouch 10 from upper and lower sides thereof by the first conveyor 26 with conveying members 26u, 26d and intermittently conveyed in the horizontal direction. Each cut small bag 12 is loaded on and conveyed by a second conveyor 30. The small bag 12 on a loading stand 32 is sucked by a suction pad 34c at a fore end of a suction unit 34, and thrown into a container 14 which is located parallel to and below the conveying line 20, and conveyed on a container throw-in line 36.
