PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip 1 for fall prevention which can reliably fix a seal joint 6 and which can be neatly disposed in an exterior wall joint on the indoor side, and also provide a waterproof structure 2 of an exterior wall joint using the clip 1 for fall prevention. SOLUTION: This clip 1 for preventing a seal joint 6 from falling is press-fitted into the joint between exterior wall panels 5 and held in the joint. The clip 1 includes a holding part 11 having a groove fitted onto a ridge 63 formed on the indoor side of the seal joint 6, a slip-off prevention arm part 12 which extends from the holding part 11 toward the indoor side of the exterior wall panel 5 at a width larger than the width of the joint, and an attitude control arm part 13 which extends from the intermediate part of the slip-off prevention arm part 12 toward the inside of the joint and the front end of which is brought into contact with the edge surface 51 of the exterior wall panel 5.
