<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer composition which is a rheology modifier wherein formed foam in a cement dissipates fast in order to minimize the air entrapped in the hardened cement. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer composition comprises (a) a polysaccharide derivative, (b) a siloxane, and (c) an anti-foaming agent different from a siloxane as the rheology modifier for a cement slurry, wherein the polysaccharide derivative is a cellulose ether, the siloxane is a polydimethylsiloxane, and the anti-foaming agent is an oxyalkylene. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
